Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude. Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently. Manage bookings, reservations, and room allocations through online and offline channels. Maintain guest records, invoices, and daily reports. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest requirements. Answer calls, respond to guest queries, and ensure high guest satisfaction. Assist in billing, payments, and maintaining petty cash. Handle emails, WhatsApp, and OTA (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) inquiries. Support management with day-to-day operations and reporting. Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Gmail, WhatsApp Business). Prior experience in hospitality or front office preferred. Polite, presentable, and guest-oriented. Willing to work in rotational shifts if required.
