Receptionist for Eye Hospital

Job Overview:
Arohi Eye Hospital is seeking a proactive and empathetic Receptionist with prior experience in an eye hospital or ophthalmology clinic. The ideal candidate will manage patient inquiries, coordinate appointments, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all patients. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and familiarity with healthcare processes are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to inbound patient queries via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other messaging platforms.
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently, coordinating with doctors and clinical staff.
• Address patient concerns and questions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions, follow-ups, and appointments using clinic software.
• Perform front desk and basic administrative support tasks as required.
• Provide guidance to patients regarding procedures, consultation timings, and billing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience working in eye hospitals or ophthalmology clinics is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and clinic management software, WhatsApp Web, and Excel.
• Knowledge of basic ophthalmology terms and clinic workflow is a plus.

• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
