Auro Skin Clinic is a dermatology clinic in Vile Parle, Mumbai, offering advanced treatments for skin, hair, and aesthetics. We focus on delivering high-quality care in a professional yet patient-friendly environment.

We are seeking a Pharmacist cum Receptionist who will primarily handle pharmacy operations, stock management, and audits, while also supporting reception/administrative duties when needed.

Key ResponsibilitiesPharmacy & Inventory Management (Primary Role):

• Accurately provide prescribed medicines to patients and explain correct usage, dosage, and precautions if required.
• Manage stock and inventory using clinic software, ensuring medicines and consumables are always updated in the system.
• Conduct regular audits using clinic software to track stock levels, prevent shortages, and avoid expired medicines.
• Maintain digital and physical records of purchases, usage, and balances.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of consumables.
• Ensure pharmacy operations are compliant with all medical and regulatory standards.
• Assist doctors and staff with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic functioning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy
• Experience: Prior experience in dermatology or healthcare clinics preferred.
• Hands-on experience with clinic management software (for inventory, records, and patient handling)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in audits.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to multitask between pharmacy and reception roles.

Hours

• Timings: 10AM – 6 PM, Mon-Sat and Wed 10PM to 8 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
