We are seeking a Pharmacist cum Receptionist who will primarily handle pharmacy operations, stock management, and audits, while also supporting reception/administrative duties when needed. Key ResponsibilitiesPharmacy & Inventory Management (Primary Role): Accurately provide prescribed medicines to patients and explain correct usage, dosage, and precautions if required. Manage stock and inventory using clinic software , ensuring medicines and consumables are always updated in the system. Conduct regular audits using clinic software to track stock levels, prevent shortages, and avoid expired medicines. Maintain digital and physical records of purchases, usage, and balances. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of consumables. Ensure pharmacy operations are compliant with all medical and regulatory standards. Assist doctors and staff with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic functioning. Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy Experience: Prior experience in dermatology or healthcare clinics preferred. Hands-on experience with clinic management software (for inventory, records, and patient handling) Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in audits.
