Job Description

We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive to join our team at our Noida office.

As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person/office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary materials (pens, forms, brochures, etc.).
  • Provide accurate information in person, via phone, and email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Ensure office security by following safety procedures and controlling access at reception.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers, etc.).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Education

  • XII / Diploma / Graduation (Required)
  • Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

Language

  • English (Preferred)
