Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and scheduling an appointment with the doctor
Ensuring proper follow-up with patients
Maintain data regarding stocks and billing
Should have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
Experience in product sales preferred
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/Intermediate with a minimum of two years of experience at the front desk.
Candidates residing close to the Clinic location/ECIL shall be preferred
Work timings:
9 hours per day
