Derma Space Skin and Hair Clinic is seeking a qualified and proactive Clinic Manager with a passion for operational excellence and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a background in clinic administration and sales, particularly in the skin, hair, or laser treatment domain. Key Responsibilities: Supervise clinic operations and staff training Coordinate effectively between patients and dermatologist Maintain patient records and manage appointments Handle in-house sales, service, upselling, and business development Analyze and report daily/weekly/monthly clinic performance Ensure high standards in service delivery, grooming, and hygiene Manage inventory of consumables and maintain petty cash register Address customer feedback and ensure continuous service improvement Key Requirements: 3–5 years of clinic or healthcare operations experience Excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi Proficiency in IT tools, patient management software, and MS Office Strong leadership, team coordination, and multitasking ability Sales and service orientation is a must Preference for candidates residing in Hyderabad with relevant industry background Additional Perks: Performance-based incentives (Quarterly + Yearly bonuses) Overtime and attendance bonus Exposure to one of Hyderabad’s growing skincare clinics To Apply: Send your updated CV to brahmaiah2red@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 91773 61159.
