Role & responsibilities Manage front desk and greet patients warmly at reception of clinic Handle patient during OPD and maintain patient files. Do accurate data entry in clinic software. Make calls to patients for appointment reminders and follow-ups. Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments. Maintain a clean, organized reception area. Support basic administrative tasks like billing and record keeping Preferred candidate profile 1 to 5 years of experience in receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing roles Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English Decent computer skills (data entry, Excel, clinic software preferred) Polite, confident, and patient-friendly personality Well-organized and able to multitask Prior experience in a clinic/hospital is an added advantage Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable with daily patient interaction
