Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Provide accurate information to customers in person and via phone/email. Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area. Schedule and manage appointments for clients and sales staff. Assist in administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers). Professional attitude and appearance. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Customer service attitude.
