Job Description

Front Desk Management: Professionally greet and assist visitors.  Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the correct departments or personnel.  Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming reception area.  Manage visitor logs, issue passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.  Telecalling: Make outbound calls to potential clients, customers, or leads to promote services, gather information, or schedule appointments.  Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide necessary information about the company's products or services.  Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and maintain good relationships.  Administrative Tasks: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for staff.  Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.  Maintain office files, records, and contact lists.  Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.  Assist with coordination between clients, management, and internal teams.  Required Skills Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills are crucial for both receptionist and telecaller duties.  Multitasking: The ability to effectively manage both front-desk duties and telemarketing responsibilities simultaneously.  Customer Service: A friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor to represent the company positively.  Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage appointments, records, and the reception area.  Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and other common office software for data entry and communication.
