We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Tele caller. In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, both in person and over the phone. You will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients while also scheduling appointments, managing inbound calls, and promoting our Ayurvedic services. Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival Answer phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner Schedule appointments according to doctor availability and patient needs Maintain accurate patient records and appointment schedules Process payments and handle billing inquiries (may be applicable) Provide basic information about our Ayurvedic services and answer patient questions Uphold a clean and organized reception area Promote a positive and professional image of the clinic Shift time - 9:30am - 8pm week off - Rotational 1 week off
