Role Overview : We are looking for a Telecaller cum Receptionist who will manage lead generation through telecalling while also handling front-desk and office coordination tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for Freshers who want to start their career in administration and client interaction. Key Responsibilities: Telecalling & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads. Explain company services and offerings in a clear and professional manner. Maintain and update the lead database regularly. Schedule follow-ups and pass qualified leads to the sales team. Support in achieving lead generation targets. Reception & Office Coordination Attend incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries politely and efficiently. Welcome and assist visitors at the office. Manage front desk operations and maintain call/visitor logs. Assist in documentation, filing, and office correspondence. Support management with scheduling and coordination of daily office tasks. Requirements Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce). Freshers can apply – training will be provided. Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Pleasant personality, polite behaviour, and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and learn quickly.
