Receptionist cum Sales Analyst

Job Overview We are seeking a Sales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for sales data analysis. Experience-0-3 yrs Responsibilities Invoice and Documentation Preparing Proforma Invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Issuing Warranty Certificates for relevant products and services. Front Office Management Managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries. Maintaining detailed visitor logs and issuing visitor passes. Providing accurate information about the company’s products, services, or policies to callers and visitors. Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Showroom and Pantry Maintenance Overseeing the cleanliness and upkeep of the showroom. Managing pantry operations and ensuring availability of necessary supplies. Attendance and Records Maintaining manual attendance records accurately on a daily basis. Handling petty cash transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring proper reconciliation. Courier and Mail Handling Managing incoming and outgoing couriers, including tracking and documentation. Coordination and Communication Acting as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and task execution. Managing office supplies and ensuring inventory is monitored and restocked as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
