Job Title: Part-Time/Full-Time Backend Receptionist cum Graphic Designer & Telecaller Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Backend Receptionist cum Graphic Designer & Telecaller to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing backend reception duties, creating visual content, handling telecalls, and performing administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Backend Receptionist: 1. Manage patient records, appointments, and scheduling. 2. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Graphic Designer: 1. Create visually appealing graphics for hospital promotional materials. 2. Design templates, brochures, and other visual content. Telecaller: 1. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and patient engagement. 2. Respond to inbound calls, answer queries, and redirect calls. Administrative: 1. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. 2. Data entry, filing, and record-keeping. Requirements: 1. Female candidates preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). 4. Strong organizational and time management skills. 5. Ability to work part-time or full-time. What We Offer: 1.
