We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and patient-friendly Receptionist cum Aesthetic Assistant to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth coordination, and excellent service. Along with front-desk responsibilities, the role requires active involvement in aesthetic procedures assistance, patient counseling, and sales conversion. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth. Handle calls, appointments, and patient inquiries efficiently. Explain aesthetic procedures (e.g., HydraFacial, laser, skin treatments) clearly to patients. Counsel and educate patients on treatment benefits, packages, and aftercare. Support the doctor during aesthetic procedures when required. Maintain patient records, billing, and follow-up reminders. Proactively follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings. Upsell and cross-sell clinic services/packages to achieve sales targets. Ensure clinic reception and waiting area are well-maintained and presentable. Requirements: Graduate (any stream) with good communication skills in English & Hindi. Pleasant personality, confident, and patient-friendly. Prior experience in reception/front desk, aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry preferred. Strong sales orientation and ability to meet conversion targets. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, appointment software).
