Role Overview We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketer to manage and grow our online presence across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should understand how to create engaging, educational, and emotionally resonant health content that builds brand authority and drives organic patient leads. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute monthly content plans for Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, carousels, and patient stories. Create scroll-stopping short-form content using proven hook strategies and trends. Manage posting schedules, captions, and hashtags for maximum reach. Repurpose long-form YouTube videos into short clips for Instagram and YouTube Shorts. Work closely with doctors to translate medical information into simple, engaging, patient-friendly language. Monitor analytics to measure performance and optimize strategy. Stay updated with social media trends, especially in the healthcare and wellness space. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and photographers as needed. Key Skills & Requirements Proven experience in social media marketing (preferably in healthcare, wellness, or education). Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube, and trending short-form formats. Excellent copywriting skills in English and Hindi (mix preferred). Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results. Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other editing tools. Familiarity with SEO and YouTube optimization is a plus. Creative mindset with an eye for storytelling and branding.
