Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating and editing engaging reels, designing creatives, banners, and other digital assets, while also managing a small creative team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging reels and short-form videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Design creatives, banners, and social media posts aligned with brand guidelines
• Manage and lead a small creative team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of tasks
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop monthly social media calendars
• Monitor trends, platform updates, and viral content ideas to keep content fresh and engaging
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and posts
• Track performance of content and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media content creation and design
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms and trends
• Ability to manage a small team and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
