Job Type - Full-Time Shift Days - 6 days a week Required Experience - 1-2 Years(Proven experience as a receptionist, Front desk officer or similar role) Education Qualification - BBA/B.Com/BA or any related field Walk in Timing - 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.(Monday to Friday Only) Job Responsibilities: Front Desk Management - Greet and assist visitors, answer and route phone calls, and ensure the reception area remains clean and presentable. Visitor & Client Coordination - Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments. Mail & Courier Management - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services efficiently. Administrative Support - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry; support general office administration. Assistance - Provide administrative support to management and assist other departments as required.
