Job Description

● Greeting and Welcoming: receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately. ● Phone Handling: answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. ● Take proper and timely follow up of all the patients. ● Taking x rays and prescribing medicines under doctors supervision. ● Clinic Social media Management: review and answer customer queries. Post clinic activities on social media. ● Maintaining Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, stocked with necessary stationery and materials. ● Providing Information: Offer basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email or social media. ● Office Supplies: Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. ● Calendar Management: Update Doctor’s & staff’s calendars and schedule appointments. ● Record Keeping: Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. ● Clerical Duties: Perform other clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. ● Should have a pleasant personality, excellent multitasking skills. ● Medicine dispensing to Patients as per prescription. ● Ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
