Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Maintain the reception area in a clean and tidy manner Schedule appointments and manage calendars when required Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Support other staff with clerical tasks as needed
Pack products accurately and securely according to company standards Label and seal packages properly to ensure they are ready for shipment Check items against order sheets to confirm accuracy Handle products carefully to prevent damage Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area Assist in loading and unloading goods when needed Report any issues with orders, stock, or damaged items to supervisors Support other warehouse or production tasks as assigned
