Job Description

• Greeting guests and addressing then to concern department or person.

• Handling Console (EPABX). Receiving incoming calls and directing

then to concern person.

• Maintaining Visitors register, incoming & outgoing courier register,

employee Attendance register etc.

• Maintaining Inward billing register and distribute to the concern

department.

• Well versed in MS Office Applications like Word, Excel and Power Point.

• Screening email.

• Handling office Admin work including managing housekeeping, office

boys and security staffs.

• Order stationery and maintain the stock record of it.

• Assisting colleagues whenever necessary

• Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of front office

Skills

• Well versed in MS Office Applications like Word, Excel and Power

Point.

• Decent and good looking.

• good command in English
