Receptionist cum Accountant

We are a premium resort in Kerala, dedicated to providing guests with exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences. To strengthen our front-office and accounts team, we are looking for a reliable and efficient Receptionist cum Accountant to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties

• Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
• Handle reservations, calls, and guest communication.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional front-office environment.

Accounting Duties

• Manage daily cash, billing, and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare invoices, maintain accounts records, and process payments.
• Assist with financial reports and coordinate with management.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting transactions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Receptionist / Front Office Executive / Accountant preferred (hospitality experience is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of accounting, billing, and record-keeping & GST.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally/Excel).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or related field preferred.
