Job Description

About Us:

CORE

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; manage inquiries and direct them appropriately.
Handle office correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
Perform basic accounting tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records.
Prepare fee proposals, invoices, receipts, and process payments.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (Bachelors degree in Commerce preferred).
Prior experience in a receptionist and/or accounting role is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
