Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed structural models using Autodesk Revit for various construction projects.
2. Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and other design professionals.
3. Develop and modify detailed drawings, plans, and schedules based on project requirements.
4. Coordinate and integrate Revit models with other design disciplines (MEP, architectural, etc.).
5. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards in the preparation of models and drawings.
6. Assist in resolving technical and design issues within the project team.
7. Review and check models for accuracy, completeness, and constructability.
8. Develop all design components such as libraries, families, catalogues, templates, and models using the. relevant modeling tools.
9. Able to study and understand the structural engineering mark ups from the engineering team
10. Perform clash detection using BIM tools like Navisworks and resolve conflicts between structural and other building systems (MEP, architectural).
11. Ensure that models are developed at the required Level of Development (LOD).
12. Ability to export NWC, DWF, PDF and DWG and other drawing formats for collaboration internally and externally.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Structural Revit Modeler, preferably in the structural engineering truction field.
2. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and experience with BIM workflows.
3. Understanding of structural design principles and construction methodologies.
4. Experience in working on multi-disciplinary projects and collaborating with other design teams.
5. Ability to interpret and understand structural engineering drawings and documents.
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
7. Good communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred:

1. Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks or other coordination software.
2. Auto CAD knowledge
3. Experience with Revit family creation.
4. Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
