  • Maintain Inward & Outward Registers for materials and couriers (Catalogs, Frames, Materials, Cash cards, etc.).
  • Manage office stationery and records.
  • Record and update daily employee attendance and Work From Home (WFH) tracking sheet.
  • Coordinate with vendors and verify submitted invoices.
  • Maintain office expenses and cost details in Excel sheets.
  • Handle flight, car, train, and hotel bookings for office staff (

    Domestic only

    ).
  • Provide support to colleagues for visa processing and FRRO documentation.
  • Prepare employee lists for office events.
  • Track and collect receipts for expat food boxes.
  • Manage new joinee processes: ID card issuance, biometric registration, and address maintenance of employees & ACP.
  • Prepare attendance sheets for CIEL employees.
  • Welcome and assist visitors and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Attend incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are clean and ready (including monthly cleaning activity).
  • Receive and distribute parcels and inter-office documents.
  • Support HR and Admin teams with clerical and administrative tasks as required.
