Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Receptionist, located in Mumbai, India. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting and directing visitors, handling clerical tasks such as filing and data entry, and providing excellent customer service. The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for the company and ensure smooth communication between clients and staff.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Clerical Skills, including filing and data entry
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
