Position: Receptionist
Department: Front Office
Location: Noida 62
Job Summary

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for greeting guests, handling inquiries, managing phone calls, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a professional manner.
  • Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
  • Guide students and visitors to appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Making calls to students.

Communication Handling

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently.
  • Manage email inquiries and respond promptly.
  • Provide accurate information regarding courses, departments, timings, and general queries.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain front desk records, attendance registers, and daily reports.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • Assist in filling out forms, issuing receipts, and managing basic documentation.
  • Maintain student or visitor database as required.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with departments such as Academic, Accounts, HR, and Administration for smooth operations.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for management.
  • Inform staff about visitors, meetings, or important notices.

Office Management

  • Keep the reception area clean, presentable, and well-organized.
  • Ensure all front-desk equipment (phones, computer, printer) is functioning properly.
  • Manage stationery and front-office supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
  • 0–3 years of experience in front office or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication (English and Hindi), interpersonal skills, and telephone etiquette.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage high reception traffic

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in educational institutions is an advantage
  • Soft spoken, Polite, patient, and friendly behavior
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Punctual, reliable, and disciplined

Work Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Working Days: Monday–Saturday
  • Timings: 9am to 5pm

Salary

  • 15000/m-25000/m
