Receptionist and telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and confident female Telecaller cum Computer Operator to manage incoming and outgoing calls, maintain databases, and perform basic computer-related tasks. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:Telecalling Duties:

• Make outbound calls to customers for promotions, feedback, and lead generation
• Answer incoming calls and provide information to customers
• Maintain a record of calls and update customer information
• Handle customer queries politely and efficiently

Computer Operator Duties:

• Perform basic data entry, record keeping, and document formatting
• Maintain Excel sheets, reports, and office correspondence
• Manage emails and file organization
• Assist with printing, scanning, and other routine computer work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream
• Good verbal communication in Hindi and basic English
• Basic knowledge of computers: MS Office (Excel, Word), Email, Internet
• Polite, confident, and good at multitasking
• Typing speed of at least 25–30 WPM (preferred)

Pay: ₹10,820.57 - ₹20,804.74 per month
