Receptionist and telecaller

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team in the IT/Software Services domain. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by explaining IT products/services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote IT products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and features.
• Identify and qualify leads based on business needs and customer interest.
• Schedule demos or meetings for the sales/technical team.
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
• Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and client satisfaction.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, challenges, and trends.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language).
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills.
• Basic understanding of IT products, software solutions, or interest in learning.
• Good listening skills and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
• Time management and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Fresher with good communication can apply).
• Experience in IT/Software/Tele-sales/BPO is an advantage.
