Job Title: Receptionist

Location: American Eduglobal School, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Roles & Responsibilities

Front Desk Management:
Greet parents, students, and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
Ensure all visitors sign in and follow school protocols.
Communication:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and polite manner.
Direct calls and visitors to the appropriate departments/staff.
Act as a communication bridge between parents, students, and staff.
Administrative Support:
Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
Maintain attendance records for staff (if required).
Provide basic clerical support—photocopying, filing, and data entry.
Assist HR/Admin department in coordinating schedules or appointments.
Event Support:
Help with visitor arrangements for school events, meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
Coordinate logistics for school activities when required.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow school security and safety protocols for visitors.
Report any suspicious activity immediately to the admin team.

Skills & Qualifications

Prior receptionist/front desk experience (school experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Welcoming personality, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday (as per school timings).
Must be available during school events and parent meetings.
