Job Description – Receptionist
Position: Receptionist
Gender: Female (Preferred)
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Location: Tirupur
Industry Preference: Garments / Textile / Manufacturing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them to concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor entry registers and issue visitor passes.
- Manage front office activities and ensure reception area is neat and organized.
- Receive, sort, and distribute courier and mail.
- Coordinate meetings and inform concerned staff about visitors.
- Assist HR and Admin departments with basic documentation and support work.
- Maintain records, files, and basic data entry.
- Handle inter-office communication politely and efficiently.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Pleasant personality with professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Good telephone etiquette.
- Organized and multitasking ability.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Relevant experience in factory or office environment is an advantage.
