Position: Receptionist.

Industry: Retail & Garment

Salary Package: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming phone calls, inquiries, and messages efficiently.
• Maintain visitor records and handle appointment scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication.
• Handle basic office administration and clerical tasks.
• Manage and update records, files, and databases using Microsoft Excel.
• Support the HR and Operations team in day-to-day office activities.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
• Prior experience in a retail or garment industry will be an added advantage.
