Job Description

As a Receptionist at Dalon World, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring efficient front desk operations. Your role will involve greeting guests, handling inquiries, answering calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as report creation, filing, quality checking, and supporting the operations manager with daily duties. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate person or department. - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. - Maintain organized reception books and reports. - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. - Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. - Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring timely replenishment. - Handle basic inquiries and provide general information about the company. - Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed. - Support other departments with clerical duties as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred). - Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must know English and Hindi. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Professional appearance and friendly demeanor. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
