Rebar Detailer

As a rebar detailer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Consultancy firms, your role involves creating reinforcement shop drawings using CADS RC or another computer-aided design program to describe the specifications for rebar or other steel construction materials in a project. Your responsibilities include developing shop drawings that indicate the necessary types of rebar or structural reinforcements for various structures, producing accurate lists of materials for shop fabrication, assisting with researching detailing, fabrication, and field problems, coordinating with the site team and scheduling personnel for material deliveries and placement, accounting for changes in scope of work, maintaining accurate records and a desirable work area, and providing a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Produce rebar drawings that adhere to industry and company standards for different structures. - Create detailed lists of materials for shop fabrication. - Assist in researching detailing, fabrication, and field problems. - Coordinate with the site team and scheduling personnel for material deliveries and placement. - Account for any changes in the scope of work. - Maintain accurate records, ensure a desirable work area, and deliver a high level of customer service. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in CADS RC and AutoCAD software. - Proficiency in British and Euro detailing codes. - Sound knowledge of detailing RCC elements. - Good communication, interpersonal, and technical skills. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with computers and software programs. - Ability to analyze complex problems, assess solutions, understand site requirements, explain design plans, ideas, and meet deadlines.,
