About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Trainee / Junior/Senior Rebar Detailer to join our detailing team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about structural engineering, drafting, or construction technologies and want to grow their career in rebar detailing. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior detailers in preparing rebar shop drawings, bar lists, and placing drawings.
• Interpret architectural and structural engineering drawings.
• Learn and use rebar detailing software such as AutoCAD & CAD SOFTWARE depending on company requirements.
• Ensure drawings follow project standards, codes, and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field (freshers welcome).
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and structural concepts.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting tools (training available).
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn rebar codes, detailing standards, and software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred (Not mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of reinforcement detailing.
• Experience with CAD software, internships, or related coursework.
