Job Description

Marine Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute
marine piling, pile caps, piers, pier caps, and pylon foundation works
.
Manage deployment and operations of
barges, cranes, piling rigs, pontoons, and marine equipment
.
Coordinate with
design, planning, QA/QC, safety, and execution teams
.
Liaise with
maritime, port, and statutory authorities
for approvals and compliance.
Monitor
progress, productivity, cost control, and marine safety standards
.
Manage marine subcontractors and ensure timely reporting to Project Manager / Construction Head.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Marine Engineering
Experience:
15-20 years in
marine bridge construction
, with
hands-on pylon foundation experience
Proven exposure to
marine piling & heavy foundation works
Strong leadership, coordination, and site execution skills
