As a Real Estate Sales Agent at S G Corporate Mobility Private Limited, your role involves actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, property owners, and developers. Conducting site visits, client meetings, and property showings will be a crucial part of your job. Understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable property options will also be essential. Your negotiation skills will be put to the test as you close sales to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets. Regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients will be necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Keeping updated on market trends, property values, and competitors" offerings will help you stay ahead in the real estate market. Additionally, preparing and maintaining reports on sales activity and pipeline will be part of your responsibilities. You will also need to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
