Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Real Estate Telecaller. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and maintaining a record of customer interactions. Additional day-to-day tasks include assisting in managing client inquiries, providing detailed information about real estate properties, and building positive customer relationships to encourage client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• Proficiency in telecalling, lead generation, and maintaining accurate records
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
• Sales and negotiation skills to manage inquiries and close deals
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends is advantageous
• Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
• Proficiency in languages relevant to the role, including English and any regional language, is a plus
• Prior experience in telecalling, real estate, or customer-facing roles is preferred
