Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Telemarketer. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and promoting company services. Key responsibilities include maintaining client communication, answering inquiries, handling customer concerns, and providing consistent follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and to generate sales leads. The ideal candidate will also document client interactions and deliver reports to the management team.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Proficient in Appointment Scheduling and handling client communication effectively
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Basic Sales skills to promote company services and generate leads
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in real estate or telemarketing will be advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or sales is a plus
