Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Tele callers to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining property details, generating leads, and setting up appointments for site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
• Explain property details, project features, and investment benefits.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable real estate projects.
• Follow up on leads and maintain client databases.
• Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain daily call reports and share feedback with the team.
• Handle basic inquiries and redirect complex queries to sales executives.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English.
• Confidence and ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in tele calling, or real estate sales is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

• [Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM]
