🧾 Job Title: Telesales Executive 🏢 Company: Discovery Homes India 📍 Location: Universal Trade Tower, Sector 49, Gurgaon 🧠 Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Telesales (Real Estate Preferred) 🕰️ Department: Sales & Marketing 🎯 Reporting To: Sales Manager 💼 Job Overview:Discovery Homes India is looking for a confident and results-oriented Telesales Executive who can build strong connections with potential clients over the phone. If you’ve got at least 6 months of experience in telesales and a passion for real estate, you’re exactly who we need! 🔑 Key Responsibilities:Call potential clients from provided lead databases. Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and offers clearly and effectively. Handle inquiries and schedule property site visits for the sales team. Follow up with leads and keep them engaged. Maintain call logs, update CRM records, and share daily reports. Achieve call and conversion targets consistently. Coordinate with on-site sales team for smooth client meetings. ✅ Requirements:Minimum 6 months of telesales experience (Real estate background is a big plus). Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident, convincing, and target-driven personality. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead handling processes.
