Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads from the database.
• Share details about residential and commercial property listings.
• Understand the customer’s needs and suggest suitable options.
• Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure client attendance.
• Maintain a daily call log and update CRM records accurately.
• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into closures.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, visits, and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1 Year to 3 years of experience in telecalling/sales/ (Real Estate preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident, energetic, and able to handle rejection professionally.
• Must be a quick learner with knowledge of Gurgaon’s real estate market (preferred).
• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
