Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice on real estate market trends, and developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers. Daily tasks include property listing, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with clients and developers. The role requires strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and knowledge of real estate development and property laws.

Qualifications

• Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Real Property skills
• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties simultaneously
• Knowledge of local real estate market and property laws
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in luxury real estate is a plus
