Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist located in Noida. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include managing property listings, conducting property viewings, and negotiating deals. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, developing real estate strategies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends.

• Strong skills in Real Estate and Real Property management
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales skills
• Experience in Real Estate Development
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred
