Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, managing real estate development projects, conducting sales activities, and ensuring the best real property deals. Daily tasks include client consultations, property evaluations, market analysis, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Skills in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales activities
• Experience in Real Estate Development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
