Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sourcing Team Lead, located in Pune. The Real Estate Sourcing Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team that sources Residential / commercial real estate properties. Daily tasks include overseeing brokerage activities, ensuring effective team communication, and developing and implementing strategies to identify and secure prime real estate opportunities. The role will require close collaboration with various stakeholders to meet the company's objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and Brokerage
• Experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
