Real Estate sourcing manager

As a Sourcing Team Lead in our Real Estate division located in Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing a team of Sourcing Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sourcing strategies, maintain relationships with channel partners, and ensure the achievement of sourcing targets. Your key focus areas will include strategic sourcing, relationship management, and market analysis & reporting. In strategic sourcing, you will be tasked with developing and implementing effective strategies to identify and secure channel partners, monitoring market trends, and ensuring alignment with business goals. In relationship management, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, brokers, and real estate developers. You will negotiate terms and agreements with channel partners and address any issues or conflicts that may arise. In market analysis and reporting, you will conduct thorough market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, prepare regular reports on sourcing activities and market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on your analysis.
