Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Duties include conducting property tours, negotiating deals, handling property listings, maintaining customer relations, and ensuring clients are satisfied with their transactions. The role also involves understanding the local real estate market and providing expert advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Sales
• Outstanding Customer Service skills
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Gurugram
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to real estate transactions is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
