Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson, located in Noida. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include property showings, negotiating deals, providing market insights, and maintaining customer relations. The role requires excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and comprehensive knowledge of real estate regulations and market trends.

Qualifications

• Possess a Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong Sales abilities
• Capability to perform market analysis and provide valuable insights
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of real estate technology and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the Noida real estate market is a plus
