This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Salesperson role located in Noida. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer service, real estate transactions, and sales activities.
Manage a portfolio of clients interested in real estate investment (residential or commercial).
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitors.
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and performance-oriented.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
